Description:
This patch is a proposal for a feature addition which I called WinMock.
This is a separate solution which has this feature implemented and tested.

WinMock is a small framework for function hooking in dlls under tests. Just like you did for OutputDebugStringA /OutputDebugStringW functions in WinUnit. But now it may be done for all fucntions by user from unit test.

Changed ARRAYSIZE to _countof, and added two #includes, to reduce reliance on windows.h to places where it's necessary, in preparation for possible header file changes for ATL/MFC compatibility. (This stopped short of implementing the recommendation for a new implementation of "CountOf"--waiting for more evidence that this is a problem.)
